Warm Weather is Upon Us! And with the hot humid temperatures, don’t forget about increasing your water intake. How much is appropriate? Well, here’s an easy way to remember how much water YOU should be taking in per day.
Take your weight (in pounds – no fun for most of us I know but stick with me here), divide it in half and this is the amount, in ounces, that you should consume each day to prevent dehydration. Try adding lemon to your water to up the refreshment factor and flush the liver of winter toxins.
