They include:

  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Kale
  • Collard greens
  • Mustard greens
  • Arugula
  • Radishes (all sorts)
  • Bok choy
  • Watercress

What’s amazing about them:

  • Support liver detoxification
  • Clear “dirty” estrogens (that cause the symptoms)
