Fact 1: Did you know that 100 calories a day is about all the difference there is between being obese and being the weight you should be? It is fairly pain free to drop 100 calories per day. The trick is to accept this as the plan for the rest of your life.
Fact 2: By walking an additional 30 minutes each day, you can build more fat-burning muscle mass and increase your stamina for other healthful activities.
Fact 3: Massage is a weight-loss technique. Physical touch helps to control appetite by increasing your body’s oxytocin levels.
Fact 4: Make changes to deal with chronic sources of stress. Chronic stress makes you gain weight through the chemical changes it causes in the body.
Fact 5: Eat whole healthy foods and avoid belt-busting ingredients such as sugar and fats. High fiber, high-protein or spicy foods help you eat less without feeling hungry.
