3 anti-inflammatory food nutrients proven to help you fight disease

Chronic inflammation can have serious negative effects on your health. In fact, it may be linked to most (if not all!) major diseases of our times.

But if you want to see remarkable benefits for your health… I want to be sure you know about three food nutrients that are particularly powerful for bringing down unwanted inflammation, as well as restoring your health and vitality.

These 3 food nutrients are:

  • Turmeric (and its primary active component, curcumin)
  • Ginger
  • Omega-3 fatty acids (especially DHA)

Many studies speak glowingly of the healing potential of the curcumin found in turmeric.

To give just one example, a study published in a leading medical journal found that for people suffering from active rheumatoid arthritis, curcumin supplementation led to a 63% reduction in pain medication and a 14-fold decrease in inflammatory markers, while also reducing dependency on non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drugs.

Science keeps discovering that turmeric — and also DHA and ginger — are powerfully beneficial for fighting inflammation. But there are challenges in getting what you need.

A study published in the peer-reviewed journal, Molecular Nutrition & Food Research, found that micelle liposomal delivery increased curcumin absorption by a staggering amount — up to 185 times.
