Improved posture is a gateway to so many health benefits from pain prevention to increased core strength and flexibility. Until now there have been limited ways to encourage patients to practise good posture as part of their daily lives. Enter the Straighten Up Canada app. Developed by the CCA in collaboration with the OCA and other provincial associations, this free, public service offers an easy-to-perform posture program that can be incorporated into everyday life in just three minutes a day.
